WORK EXPERIENCE

Doctoral Student

Western Norway University of Applied Sciences, Bergen Jun 2026 – Present

  • Researching robust machine learning inference methods for high energy physics; developing approaches whose conclusions remain reliable under distribution shift and imperfect simulation.

Research Assistant, AI-Econ Lab

Sörby Economics AB, Örebro Oct 2025 – Present

  • Builds and maintains the lab’s public data tools, including the DAIOE Explorer and the AI in Demand monitor pipeline.

Statistics Intern ML/MA

Statistiska Centralbyrån (SCB), Sweden Jan 2025 – Mar 2025

  • Inducted to the statistical production process at SCB.
  • Designed and implemented an imputation framework in SAS for the inventories in the business registers with 300 000+ entries, boosting data completeness and production of more reliable statistics.
  • Contributed to a conference paper on Trust in Official Statistics to be presented at the 65th ISI World Statistics Congress, synthesising empirical findings and recommending best practices for transparency.
